Our employees are home by 5pm every night, work close to home, and almost never work weekends. Tired of driving for hours every day? Sitting in rush hour traffic? Don't want to risk doing night work? We might be a good fit!

All employees begin accruing PTO when hired. Everyone gets 40 hours PTO each year, which can be used for anything! Sick? Covered. Need a day to ground yourself? No worries! Kid got sick? We got you. After three years of employment, an extra 40 hours of vacation time per year is added, and same terms apply! We know life happens, and we want to make sure you can take care of it without worrying about getting a full 40.

Need insurance? We have you covered with our employer sponsored benefits! We provide medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus life insurance. Want to add a spouse or child? We can make that happen!

Thinking ahead? Want to make sure you're set to retire as early as possible? We'll match your savings up to a certain percentage!

Traveling to see the in-laws for Thanksgiving? Need a week to recover from the winter festivities? We know holidays can be a major stressor, and there's no reason your employer should add to that. We have around eight paid holidays a year and take off from December 24 to January 2.
